1 Achievement: Seven-Biomarker Systems Panel
The identification of a seven-biomarker panel (AMP, cDC1, LYVE1, IGHG2, FN1, VWF, THBS1) that achieves 91% diagnostic accuracy represents a major achievement in ME/CFS research. This panel demonstrates that ME/CFS is a multi-system disease with coordinated abnormalities across metabolic, immune, and vascular domains.
Significance: This biomarker panel provides first objective diagnostic test with high specificity, enabling earlier diagnosis and treatment initiation.
