Inflammation Source-Registry Biomarker Proposals

The following biomarker proposals emerge from the inflammation source registry integration (Chapters ME/CFS Through the Lens of Universal Disease Mechanisms, Integrative Models and Multi-System Pathophysiology, Emerging and Investigational Therapies). They target the gap between individual mechanism documentation and multi-analyte panels that capture resolution failure, DAMP burden, and UPR activation — the most underexplored inflammation source categories in ME/CFS.
